Return Window

In the original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@minnito.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Photos showing the damage or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund for qualifying claims.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or production. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@minnito.com to request cancellation.
