Of course! Your satisfaction is our priority, so if a detail bothers you on your drawing, we will rework it.
Plus, portrait retouching is free ! We offer you as many retouches as you need.
If necessary, we will ask you to send us additional photos so that our creation is perfect in your eyes.
What are the delivery times?
Our artists usually complete your portrait within 48-72 hours after ordering. You will receive it by email within this time frame.
For posters, frames and mugs, add 5 to 7 working days to the production time for printing and delivery.
Will l get a tracking number?
YEs, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'l receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or sms.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch and tell us ASAP!
Orders move through our systems quickly to allow us to dispatch them as soon as possible, so we can’t guarantee that we can cancel or edit an order once it has been placed (even if it hasn't yet left our warehouse). However we will always try, and if we’re unable to do so we can guide you through our Returns process.
